Return And Refund Policy.

At www.toodlekids.com, we're all about bringing smiles to your little ones' faces. But we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we have a simple and straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

What Can Be Returned.

We accept returns for

• Unused subscriptions: Full refunds are available for unused subscriptions within 7 days of purchase. Any subscriptions used beyond the first 7 days will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.

• Defective/incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item (wrong episode, broken content, etc.), please let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we'll be happy to issue a full refund or send you a replacement.

• Technical issues: If you encounter any technical issues that prevent you from accessing or enjoying the content, we'll do our best to resolve them. If we can't fix the issue within 72 hours, you're eligible for a full refund.

What Cannot Be Returned.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:

• Downloads: Due to the digital nature of downloaded content, all purchases are final once downloaded.

• Used subscriptions: As mentioned above, used subscriptions beyond the 7-day window are not eligible for full refunds.
